Fee Arrangements
We work with each of our clients to find a fee
arrangement that will both accommodate the client's budget and provide us with
reasonable compensation for the services we provide. Many employment laws allow
employees to recover their attorney's fees from their employers if a violation
is proven. We make a claim for recovery of these fees in any case where such a
recovery is possible. We do handle some cases on
a contingent-fee basis. In other cases, we may ask for a small retainer fee to
cover some services, with the remainder of the services provided on a contingent
or reduced-fee basis. Our hourly fees are very reasonable and some cases can be
handled on a flat fee basis. When retainer or hourly fees are being charged, we
can often often work out a payment plan that will meet your particular financial
