We can represent you in a mediation proceeding or we can serve as a mediator. We can help you see the other party's point of view and also help the other party see your side of the situation. There are very few employment matters which cannot be successfully mediated if both parties are committed to the process. Mediation services are provided on either an hourly or flat-fee basis, depending upon the case.
